Return Offer – AB Auto Sales

CONDITIONS

Initiating Buy-Back: The buyer must request a buy-back via email within 7 days from the purchase date (with Day 0 being the purchase date), ensuring the vehicle is fully paid for and on the buyer’s property. It must not be sold or transferred to anyone else post-purchase.
Verification Process: An inspection and assessment by our administrator will be carried out, usually within 30 days, to confirm the vehicle’s eligibility. The car must match its initial condition and comply with the purchase details. Buy-Back Prerequisites:
It must adhere to AB Auto Sales Terms & Conditions during the buy-back request.
The “AB Auto Sales” cannot be altered post-purchase.
Refund Process: Once the buy-back is approved, the buyer will be notified, and a refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the transferable title.
Post Buy-Back Procedures: The vehicle will remain at the buyer’s location for up to 7 days after the refund. The buyer must aid in the remarketing process, including inspections, photos, and pickup coordination.
Buyer’s Responsibilities: Post buy-back, the buyer is accountable for safe storage as per industry norms and is liable for any loss or damage until collection.
Limitations: AB Auto Sales may restrict the number of vehicles eligible for the buy-back policy under a single buyer.
